    first time going to the it's its factory/store and was super excited! i'm glad i was able to get some flavors that you cant buy in store. they don't offer dry ice for free, so do bring your own ice box (or pay $11 for it). a box of 24 is $26 and for singles, you can get it for $2 each. i was able to purchase mint, chocolate, strawberry and green tea. so far i've only had strawberry, mint and vanilla so i'm so excited to try the rest.

    By far the best ice cream in town!! So glad I was able to finally stop by since they are only opened until 4pm Mon-Fri. I've passed by more than a dozen times whenever I'm on the freeway. I noticed a lot of parked cars but surprising there wasn't a line. I assume it's because nothing needs to be made and everything is already packaged. The factory is similar to an ice cream shop where they have individual packaged It's-It and 3 non-It's It. I decided to get all 10 flavors since it was my first time here, and I knew I was going to be back again since I love their ice cream. Each one costs $2. So far I have only tried the cappuccino and it was delicious! I can't wait to come back again to order more of the flavors that I enjoy once I have tried everything!!

    Had no idea this was here. Best kept secret. All the flavors. Order up, mix and match, get a big box! Yummo! Friendly staff It's-it is now our favorite!

    The service was so quick with not that many people in the store. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable about the flavors offered. The ice cream melts fast once bought so I recommend eating them quickly. Overall, they tasted delicious but the cookies for the matcha flavor were a bit more hard and crunchy than the other two which were soft and chewy.
